Title: Sr. Sales Analyst

Key Accountabilities

Provide responsive, accurate sales support assistance to sales team and customers (OEMs, Distributors, Dealers) to convert opportunities to orders, cash and achieve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)

Provide global sales, revenue, order income and material (MRF) forecast support to sales managers, managers

Drive annual global operative and strategic revenue forecast process for Oil & Gas

Track and communicate Oil & Gas revenue/order income performance

Coordinate and communicate with Sales Managers and Management regarding monthly forecasts and customer ordering activity

Support implementation and execution for Sales of the Future (SoF) funnel management “use case” and CRM (CEC)

Organize and lead operative and strategic projects needed to improve business and sales Excellence

Drive internal responsiveness and approvals for commercial offers (ADRs & BnBs)

Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve the goodwill of the organization by driving internal responses needed by sales managers and help identify and remove barriers

Coordinate customer orders (POs), OEM schedules and transactions, recording details and actions taken with Order Manager

Coordinate with Order Management, Management and Sales Managers to solve customers' order management problems

Assist sales teams on executing fast, process compliant parameters and assist in auditing

Determine priorities and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives with respect to processes for ordering and shipping of engines, while maintaining detailed documentation as required

Frequently prepare and present professional sales presentations

Maintain knowledge of MTU products, applications, and policies

Promote a safety & compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and spirit of the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.

Perform special projects as required

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management plus 5 years’ experience in business, sales support or supply chain management; or 9 years’ experience in business, sales support or supply chain management

Willingness for occasional travel (15%)

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of forecasting, analytics, production processes and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods.

Excellent knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for order /commercial processing, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Excellent analytics skills and ability to manage deadlines and rapid changes in priorities

Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.

Strong level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others

Strong ability to work without daily supervision and good personal drive

Good oral and written communication skills

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to make complex decisions

Proficient with SAP (or equivalent enterprise tools), CRM tool, PC and MS Office Suite

Knowledge of Rolls‑Royce Power Systems products, policies and procedures

Knowledge of forecasting methods and best practices

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)

Knowledge of SAP or similar manufacturing execution system (MES)

Pay Range: $100,083 - $150,125 Annually
