This role is responsible for coordinating and installing the Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR) products with new and existing clients in the North Carolina territory, providing training and ongoing support, and driving CVR revenue through customer satisfaction and expanded opportunity. The cloud-based SaaS platform enables dealerships to manage end-to-end business operations including acquisition, sale, financing, insuring, repair, and maintenance of vehicles, improving financial and operational performance. Position Responsibilities

Coordinate a successful pre-install meeting, schedule and conduct installs in a timely manner with client satisfaction. Provide initial user training and retraining as requested. Articulate CVR value and opportunity to existing and potential customers. Interface with the State DMV and Dealer’s Association as needed. Provide ongoing customer support by visiting clients regularly and conductingBusiness Reviews with top-tier customers as defined by management. Lead Executive Meetings and Business Reviews to present compliance concerns and client value propositions to top revenue dealer management. Foster and grow relationships with key client representatives through proactive contact. Prepare for, participate in, or lead internal and customer-facing meetings and trainings, including meetings with General Managers, Dealer Principals, or other CVR executives or state agencies. Analyze client volume, identify untapped CVR revenue opportunities, present CVR value to stakeholders, and address objections to increasing EVR volume. Maintain communication with Territory Manager (Sales) to maximize client utilization and address individual needs. Act with urgency to pursue revenue opportunities and implement best practices. Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and ethical demeanor with clients, colleagues, and management. Document tasks and customer notes in internal tools (e.g., Salesforce) and complete required tasks and reports timely and accurately. Build and expand an industry network to mine competitive accounts for handoff to Sales. Develop expertise in CVR integration products, including DMS integration, data-mapping, and CVR Journal Express/accounting interface. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities

1-3 years of industry/dealership knowledge preferred. PC hardware and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and light networking. Advanced technical troubleshooting skills and hardware knowledge. Demonstrated salesmanship with the ability to influence and overcome objections while building client confidence. Ability to manage an assigned book of accounts in a multi-state territory. Experience in virtual and in-person customer interactions. Effective written and verbal communication. Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate at all levels of an automobile dealership. Owns outcomes of duties and installations. Travel: approximately 50% travel, including overnight stays. Salary and Benefits
