Overview
Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and an emphasis on control of time and income. You will be part of a team that helps businesses get paid quickly and securely with Xplor Pay. This role is fully remote within your team region, with eligibility requirements and the ability to work in the field.
What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
What You Get
Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face-to-face selling
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
