As a Brand Associate, you’ll engage with customers, provide excellent service, educate on product, and inspire wardrobe choices. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class, omni-channel customer experience. What You'll Do
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs. Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling. Enhance the customer experience using omnichannel offerings. Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to store goals and results. Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area. Handle all customer interactions and potential issues, returns, courteously and professionally. Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Who You Are
A good communicator who can interact effectively with customers and teammates to meet goals. Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor to deliver an exceptional experience. Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and action-oriented. Flexible schedule available, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed. Able to utilize retail technology and move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
