Sales Representatives that join our Bone Dry Roofing team are introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed, including your leads.
We are seeking authentic individuals to help "Bring Peace of Mind" to our customers around the Punta Gorda, Florida area.
As a Sales Representative for our Bone Dry Roofing Division, you'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base. We believe in building strong relationships and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels like part of the family. We take pride in our craftsmanship, commitment to customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit. Industry experience is not required -
we will train ! At Bone Dry Roofing, we heavily invest in your training. You will not be "Thrown to the wolves". Duties and Responsibilities
Represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity, providing customers with respect, honesty, and excellent service. Run provided leads daily. Perform roof and attic inspections to assess customer needs. Provide estimates during appointments. Follow up with past customers and maintain contact with current clients. Collaborate with the production team to ensure project completion of sold jobs. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Pass a background check. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders for attic and roof inspections. Daily travel within the local market. Military service is a plus. Industry experience is not required - we will train! Compensation and Benefits
Training pay, weekly commissions, and bonuses. Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance. Company-paid Life Insurance and short-term disability. 401(k) plan. PTO, Vacation, & Holidays.
