Account Executive – DACH (HR, Deel)
We’re seeking an Account Executive to drive the growth of Deel‑HR in the DACH region. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding sales team for Deel‑HR—the fastest‑growing product line within one of the fastest‑growing tech companies in history.
Summary Drive sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships in the region, covering all segments (SMB to Enterprise). Own your direct pipeline and the full Deel‑HR pipeline for the region. Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead and own Deel‑HR expansion within the DACH Region
Create pipeline across all horsemen—AEs, AMs, SDRs, Partners, Marketing and more
Grow and own your targeted account list
Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions and meet their needs
Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience
Ideally, previous experience in HR tech sales
Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
Experience in cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Desire to work for a fast‑paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Fluent in German and English
