Overview
Territory Account Specialist (Dedicated Customer) at Diversey. This remote role manages Diversey’s business within an assigned territory for a specific customer, focusing on Retail, kitchen, and housekeeping applications. The TAS surveys, installs, maintains, and/or repairs chemical dispensing platforms at customer sites, delivering the value proposition and meeting contracted service level agreements. It requires building strong customer relationships and using electronic technology for communication, reporting, and auditing. Responsibilities
Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with the Diversey cleaning and sanitation program. Establish excellent relationships at all levels of the customer organization (end users, supervisors, managers). Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices from the EHS department to maintain a secure working environment. Install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures. Conduct routine visits, diagnose and resolve technical problems and/or conditions. Train customers on safe equipment use, Safety Data Sheets, cleaning procedures, and product information. Monitor inventory to ensure minimum on-site supplies, manage purchasing orders, and ensure program compliance. Act as the voice of the customer by summarizing focus areas, following up on issues, and tracking customer satisfaction. Maintain adequate inventory levels in company vehicle and storage units. Perform administrative duties: complete timesheets daily, follow up on equipment/parts purchasing, document consumption for cost allocation, and review weekly customer visit plans with your manager. Complete paid annual training and mandatory safety training; attend all Customer Food Safety Trainings. Complete all Service Level Agreements for Food Safety Audits; participate in all trainings and meetings (in-person and online). Train customers on Food Safety and Sanitation standards; manage routes efficiently and effectively. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of Food Safety Knowledge and Procedures. Possess a SERV Safe Certification and have the ability to obtain Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS) within 1 year or less. 1+ years of field service experience (maintaining industrial equipment / mechanical problem solving) or selling cleaning solutions/equipment to Hospitality/Food Service businesses. Availability to support business needs; computer experience (Email, Excel, Word). Valid US Driver’s License with a good driving record and ability to drive for extended periods. Physical requirements: moving objects up to 40 lbs, working in limited spaces, effective use of power tools in limited spaces, plumbing skills. Professional attitude, self-motivation, high attention to detail, time management, communication, decision-making, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals. Preferred Qualifications

The expected compensation range for this position is between $51,800.00 and $86,300.00 plus discretionary bonuses. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
