$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr Position Summary

What you'll do: Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offer guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company\'s products and services. Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback; training associates on processes and procedures; guiding associates on member service approaches to ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines; ensure compliance with policies and procedures; support Open Door Policy; and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize and maintain the sales floor using equipment; merchandise and complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation per company policies. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps; follow forklift and hazardous materials handling procedures; adhere to company safety guidelines; and report unsafe situations to management. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning areas, stocking and arranging merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high-shrink items. Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed; manage merchandising categories and stocking, zoning, and cleaning across departments. Oversee the picking and staging of club pickup orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to policy and procedures. Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; analyze information, monitor progress, and address improvement opportunities. Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; explain and apply these in business processes and practices; support Open Door Policy; assist management in addressing ethical and compliance issues. Lead and participate in teams by utilizing resources and tools; determine customer needs and business priorities; coordinate and execute work, provide guidance and feedback, and model adaptability to change. $20.00 to $28.00 . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from

$0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour

in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older. 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications

Leading a team; supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others. Seniority level
