Treasury Management Client Service Specialist I

Join Cadence Bank as a Treasury Management Client Service Specialist I. The Treasury Management (TM) Client Service Specialist will deliver an exceptional client experience, handling all Treasury Management Client Call and Email requests, including research requests, training inquiries, problem resolutions, password resets, and other requests. The role is on-site and can be based in Tupelo, Mississippi; Birmingham, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; or Houston, Texas. Responsibilities:

Handle client maintenance requests, escalating new and maintenance requests requiring COA approval to the customer's assigned Implementation Project Partner and/or Client Service Partner. Research and resolve client issues, engaging business partners and communicating with customers, TM Sales Officers, and/or Relationship Managers. Handle all Call and Email requests in a timely manner, adhering to the Quality-scoring matrix. Work with internal business partners to solve client issues and partner with Treasury Operations to ensure requests are completed promptly. Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships. Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. 1-2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry. Business professional with integrity, trustworthy, honest, and able to handle confidential information. Outstanding Customer Service Experience, with experience in a Contact/Call center environment. Great critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Treasury Management. Contact Center/Call Center Experience in a banking environment. High volume call center experience.
