Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will contribute to our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in plain language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empowering them to prepare their taxes, with excellent customer service skills and ability to interact via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay ranges by location include:
Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
