Install Assistant
As an Install Assistant with Bath Experts, you will learn the skills necessary to build a career in the trade. We offer on‑the‑job training, tools and equipment, and growth opportunities with multiple Top Workplace awards in Indiana and Ohio.

What You Will Do
Assist the lead installer with bath and shower system installation.
Help with set‑up, demolition, cleanup, loading/unloading truck, measuring, cutting materials, framing, and preparing the bath space.
Develop trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
Keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked.
Attend team meetings and training workshops.
Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a 5‑star experience.
What You Need To Succeed
Attendance and punctuality required.
Desire to learn a new trade and interest in home improvement.
Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or renovation preferred.
Accurate measurement skills using tape measure, level, etc.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to lift/move items over 50 lbs safely.
Ability to use power tools as necessary.
