Sr. Treasury Analyst

Overview Rapidly growing organization near Seacoast NH/North Shore MA is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This high-visibility role supports U.S. and international treasury operations and reports to the Treasury Manager. The role partners with FP&A, Accounting, and other internal departments to support treasury reporting, banking relationships, and updates to financial reporting pertaining to treasury operations.

Responsibilities

Provide financial support for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews

Oversee administration of foreign exchange (FX)

Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and analysis pertaining to cash, debt, and related treasury activities

Manage and support banking relationships

Help develop and implement treasury policies and procedures

Support cash management and forecasting activities

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

3+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience within treasury operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in cash flow forecasting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prior public accounting experience or CPA is a plus but not required

Compensation $90,000 – $115,000 base salary + bonus
