Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products/services Understand customer needs and resolve issues Research systems for missing information; coordinate with departments Complete account management tasks using systems and technology Document and process customer orders accurately Follow scripts, policies, and procedures Maintain confidentiality of personal information Escalate issues as needed Attend training and review new materials Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements Qualifications
Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, typing speed of 20+ WPM, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, reliable with good attendance, problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, multitasking ability, team-oriented, adaptable to change, strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience
1+ year in customer service, technical support, sales, or administrative roles in a contact center Compensation & Benefits
