Accounts Payable Assistant

to work at a

top medical device manufacturing company . This opportunity involves typical accounts payable duties with a hybrid schedule. Pay Rate:

$26 per hour Schedule:

Monday to Friday; Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote Responsibilities

Indexing vendor invoices which includes a high volume of data entry Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation Assist with AP month end closing and audit requests Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications

Comfortable with high volume data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and writing skills Experience with Peoplesoft preferred Customer service oriented Proficient computer skills with common business applications including email and Excel What Happens Next
