What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, resources and team expertise to deliver correct answers in everyday language.
Use video communication to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney with PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
Customer service oriented, confident video and audio interaction.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Competitive base pay ranges by location.
