Work closely with project managers and accounting professionals in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
Accurately and consistently complete accounting functions for assigned projects. Process owner billings timely and accurately each month. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure owner billings align with contract requirements and schedules. Maintain job cost estimates and change orders in the system. Review and process vendor invoices and subcontractor AIA billings. Manage subcontractor contracts, billings, and required documents (lien waivers, sworn statements, XBE reporting). Manage the approval process and project cash flow for weekly check runs. What It Takes:
Minimum 3 years of construction accounting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of AIA Documents. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with lien waivers, sworn statements, and XBE reporting. Experience with a Job Cost ERP System. Seniority level
