What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Have an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax laws knowledge and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Expected base pay ranges by region: Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50, Southern CA $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
