Overview The Asset Management Associate plays a critical role in supporting the asset management team in managing portfolios of CPACE loans. The Associate works with both internal and external stakeholders to service loans across multiple states and jurisdictions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in asset management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Onboards new loans onto the servicing platform and monitors repayments, updating the servicing system, and reporting on delinquencies.

Ensures that C-PACE is accurately billed on property bills, third parties, or directly (as applicable) and appropriately resolves any discrepancies identified in billing.

Assists with payoff statements and lien release documents.

Supports operations, construction monitoring, servicing, and special servicing with projects as needed, such as implementing process improvements, reconciling data, investor reporting, researching trends impacting the work that asset management does.

1+ years of commercial real estate or commercial real estate servicing

Anticipated Posting End Date 2025-10-31

Base Pay Range: $45,000/yr - $65,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
