Overview

Centri Valuation Senior Manager oversees valuation engagement work plans and provides leadership with strong project management, client service, and coaching to develop technical and professional competency within the team. Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of valuations of all types including equity valuations, purchase-price allocations, goodwill impairment analyses and valuation in compliance with ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 360 and ASC 820. Participate in purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment measurement, and international restructurings. Analyze competitive industry dynamics and financial conditions of peer companies, evaluate business plans, adjust financial statements, and build cost allocation models. Oversee and coach Managers to ensure knowledge sharing with the staff and seniors to develop more in-depth knowledge of valuation concepts. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of complex purchase price allocations (ASC 805) and modeling to support coaching of Managers. Identify complex scope problems and opportunities for ancillary service offerings within engagements. Lead complex update client meetings and/or calls independently in accordance with the project plan. Manage engagement economics, leverage the team appropriately, monitor margins, scheduling, and invoicing. Participate in performance processes to provide feedback for team members and identify additional training needs. Continue coaching the team to develop capabilities for next levels and contribute to ongoing professional development. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required. Professional Designation (CFA, ASA or ABV) required. 8+ years of relevant valuation experience; at least 1 year in public accounting or national firm highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of valuation concepts. Interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and foster client relationships. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, Centri discloses the compensation range for this position as

[$140,000- $200,000] annually . Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. Additional components such as performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits may be offered as part of the total compensation package. Equal Employment Opportunity
