Regular interactions with cash application teams and Bunge sales teams to resolve delinquent accounts. You will strive to keep bad debt at a minimum and DSO within company guidelines for your portfolio. By utilizing verbal and interpersonal skills, the Collections Analyst is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and knowledgeable responses to delinquent accounts. What You Will Do: Manage and maintain an accounts receivable portfolio within benchmarks of delinquent percentages Collect outstanding invoices Work with various collection reports in ERP Process account closure documentation Identify issues with account delinquency Look into unidentified payments and resolving properly Place accounts on credit holds, or releases Recommend bad debt write-offs and provide proper documentation to the manager Run various reports throughout the month gathering data on several objectives and progress Skills & Experience Requirements: 1+ years of collections experience or similar preferred Familiar with Microsoft Suite Experience using Excel Previous data entry experience preferred Organized and detail oriented Great communication and previous customer service experience a major plus!
