As a member of the Le Creuset Finance & Accounting team, you are instrumental in collecting and analyzing data to help make informed organizational decisions. You play an integral role in the company’s success by serving as the link between departmental results and overall executive objectives. You work well with all departments to ensure they are utilizing the best possible information in the most efficient manner possible. Your team is committed to excellence – continually striving to present information in more effective and efficient manners. You can seamlessly integrate information from multiple departments, channels, and levels to help visualize how our sales, spending, and profitability are truly getting the greatest return. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to manage monthly reporting, analyze financial data, and oversee the budgeting of sales and expenses. Your contributions will be vital to the organization’s overall success. Essential Duties

Prepare general reporting surrounding sales, gross margin, E-com, Retail, and Admin expenses Develop and monitor annual departmental expense budgets in alignment with team plans and strategies Create and review profit and loss statements for retail stores Support departments in miscellaneous reporting needs Other duties as assigned Ingredients for Success

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance Required 2-5 Years’ experience in financial analysis or public accounting Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Effective time management and organization skills Benefits
