Welcome & Wow! Greet prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours. Close the Deal! Turn prospects into residents by understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process. Market & Shine! Promote properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns. Support & Solve! Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions with a positive, professional attitude. Be a Team Player! Collaborate with Property Management to meet leasing and renewal goals. What You’ll Bring to The Team
Passion for helping people find their next home. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-through on leads. Tech-savvy with ability to navigate property management software and social media platforms. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
