Partner with high-level financial executives to help them implement critical priorities within Fortune 1000 organizations. Assist with a wide range of key initiatives and projects, including, but not limited to: Budgeting & Forecasting, Consolidations, Controllership, Divestitures/Carve-Outs, External Audit Preparation and Remediation Efforts, Financial Reporting, Financial Restatements, GL / Month-End Close, IPO Readiness, M&A Integration, Management Reporting, Process Improvement, Project Management, Tax Research and Reporting, Restructuring, SEC & Other Regulatory Reporting, SOX / Internal Audit / Controls, System Implementations, Technical Accounting. Create value for clients by helping improve profits, cash flow, as well as liquidity planning, analysis, and enhancement. Experience a high variety of challenging work—client projects vary in length, industry, and focus. Combine unique intangibles with meaningful experience and expertise to deliver superior results. Approach projects with ambition, courage, enthusiasm, and professional maturity. Qualifications
2+ years of external audit experience from large CPA firms with, including one busy season as a senior. Combo candidates with external audit and corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation are also considered. CPA or progression toward, preferred. Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus. Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards. Demonstrated career progression and job stability. High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations. Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles. Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our clients. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships with clients, Firm leadership, & peers. Confidence in professional aptitude and ability to effectively convey skills, knowledge, and qualifications to clients. Team player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the growth of the local office and Firm overall. Entrepreneurial spirit and belief in the opportunities that the firm offers. Interest and passion to get involved in other professional experiences such as Business Development and Recruiting. Compensation and benefits
Total Compensation: $140,000-$225,000 commensurate with experience; base salary ranging from $100,000-$150,000 based on experience. The entrepreneurial compensation approach combines a competitive base salary with several energizing incentives, allowances, and experiences. Over the last five years, professionals have earned an average of more than 44% of their base salary in incentive compensation. Benefits – Comprehensive plans including healthcare/dental/vision. Paid Time Off – Vacation, sick, and holidays. 401(k). Profit Sharing. Ability to commute to the office or client site — this is generally an in-office team. Disclosures
