Alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values. Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car. Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid Washington Real Estate License (assistance available if not yet licensed). Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes. Dedication to continuous learning and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Willingness to learn and implement new tools, systems, and technologies.
