We have a 3-6 month assignment for an accounts payable/procure to pay analyst for a great firm in Natick, MA.
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Accounts Payable/Invoice Analyst
to join our team. This role requires someone with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders, and proactively flagging issues for resolution. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams across the group providing support and guidance on invoice and PO-related matters. Additionally, you’ll assist with internal expense reports, ensuring submissions are accurate and ready for processing. Key Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively across departments Experience with invoice and PO review Familiarity with expense reporting processes Work Schedule: This is a hybrid role requiring
in-office presence three days per week . While there is flexibility in choosing which days to come in,
Fridays are not an option
for in-office work.
Pay Details:
