What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage lending or banking experience . Familiarity with mortgage loan documents and loan processing. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or liberal arts is preferred. Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of lending policies. Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday. Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
