This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing the entire real estate closing process, including opening escrow, coordinating with all parties involved, preparing closing documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires maintaining clear communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and timely closing. Attention to detail and outstanding customer service are essential in this role. Responsibilities
The Escrow Officer will manage the full escrow and closing process, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents; prepare and review closing documents; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; maintain clear communication with all parties to guarantee a timely closing; and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction. Qualifications
Experience in managing real estate transactions and escrow processes Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal documentation in real estate Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Proficiency in escrow and title management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the title insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Seniority level
