The Manager, Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Procurement Center of Excellence comprising the Third-Party Management Program, Procurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions. In this capacity, the Manager will collect, cleanse, classify and analyze data related to supplier spend, transactions, and process compliance. What You’ll Do

Create, maintain and analyze reporting that supports Program governance. Develop dashboards and recurring reports for management, business owners, auditors and regulators. Develop and generate periodic reports providing a holistic view across the third-party population. Manage supplier spend monitoring, analysis and reporting including, but not limited to, sourcing spend analysis to track spend patterns across suppliers, categories, and business units. Facilitate the collection, cleansing, classification and maintenance of spend data quality. Assist in the creation of scorecards to evaluate suppliers. Track and record procurement savings and cost avoidance partnering with Finance as needed. Other projects as assigned. Minimum education, skills and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, information systems, data analytics or related fields. 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, business, engineering, supply chain or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools/systems such as Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, etc. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of vendor management, sourcing, and procurement systems (such as Workday). Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources. Preferred Education, Skills, And Experience

Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Adept at translating complex technical information into clear language for non-technical audiences. Independent researcher who can identify trends and draw insights.
