Responsibilities
Meet with motivated buyers to understand their needs and goals
Show homes, guide negotiations, and help clients secure their dream property
Maintain weekly contact and consistent follow-up with your pipeline
Deliver exceptional customer service that leads to repeat business and referrals
Host team open houses (you get the leads!)
Keep your CRM and calendar updated for seamless scheduling
Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to stay sharp
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License (required)
Full-time availability and strong work ethic
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for helping people
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
