The Wealth Management Advisor’s dual purposes are the conservation of large balanced and at-risk client accounts. Asset conservation is paramount to our growth. This emphasis is served by assigning the Wealth Management Advisor a manageable book where the advisor can build relationships that will help clients plan for their retirement and reduce surrenders. Therefore, a Wealth Management Advisor is expected to promote planning, conserve assets and attain complete work.
Responsibilities
Build client and asset acquisition through referrals, prospecting, seminars, and networking.
Utilize financial planning tools to better understand clients’ needs.
Continually exceed sales expectations.
Familiarization with Corebridge Financial products and services, along with a competitive broker-dealer product shelf.
Adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications
Employment Type: Full-Time Position
NASD Series 7
Series 65 or 66
State Variable, Life & Health License
Seven plus years of industry experience
CFP designation strongly desired
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience

Organizational Structure This position reports to a Divisional Vice President that will provide coaching and guidance as you grow and maintain your book. You will also have the ability to collaborate with other Advisors in your region and nationally.

Utilize financial planning tools to better understand clients’ needs
Continually exceed sales expectations
Familiarization with Corebridge Financial products and services, along with a competitive broker-dealer product shelf

This role is a covered associate under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR 275.206(4)-5, and related pay-to-play rules. Candidates must not have made political contributions that would disqualify Corebridge Financial from conducting business. Applicants selected will be required to disclose all U.S. political contributions over the past two years.
