Department Overview The Fixed Income Operations team supports the end-to-end trade lifecycle for TD Securities' trading and investment activities. As TD builds a new Whole Loan business, this team will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, risk mitigation, and superior client service.

Position Summary The Senior TDS Ops Analyst will play a hands‑on role in supporting the daily operations of the Whole Loan business. This individual will be responsible for trade capture, processing, and reconciliation, with a strong focus on rollovers, drawdowns, and other loan‑related events. The analyst will work closely with the VP and front‑office teams to resolve issues and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all trades.

Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑Day Operational Support

Execute and oversee processes for rollovers, drawdowns, settlements, and lifecycle events.

Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, allocations, and confirmations.

Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and settlement fails.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Liaise with front office, sales, technology, and external counterparties to address and resolve issues.

Support new business initiatives and the implementation of system enhancements.

Control & Risk Management

Maintain strong operational controls and documentation.

Identify and promptly elevate potential risk events.

Process Improvement

Provide input into workflow enhancements and automation initiatives.

Support the development of procedures and best practices for the Whole Loan middle office function.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in fixed income operations or middle office roles.

Strong Whole Loan product knowledge with expertise in rollovers, drawdowns, and related lifecycle events.

Solid understanding of trade capture, allocation, confirmation, and settlement processes.

Experience resolving breaks, fails, and reconciliation issues.

Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems (Broadridge, Impact, or equivalent platforms).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications a plus.
