Key Responsibilities Of The Finance Manager
Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
Overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
The Finance Manager will lead a small team and support over 50 company leaders.
Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining robust internal controls.
Building strong relationships across the organization to support strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications Of The Finance Manager
5+ years of progressive experience with healthcare and leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., General Ledger, Budgeting, Cost Accounting) and US GAAP.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
