Looking for Desktop Support individuals across multiple locations who will be setting up workstation refreshes as part of their equipment replacement. Total, there are about 5,000 desktops/laptops that need to be refreshed to meet Epic's current recommendations. Must be able to be onsite in the hospitals/clinics at each location. These individuals must be able to meet medical, drug, and background requirements with the goal to onboard these folks ASAP with the contract wrapping up end of Feb. This person may also be deploying single sign-on badges. Locations

Desktop Support – Setting up workstation refreshes, troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, providing end user training, deploying single sign-on badges, ensuring compliance with medical, drug, and background requirements. Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
