Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Systems Administrator

to join our team in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires a motivated and independent individual to support and maintain IT systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in networking, virtualization, and server administration, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls and basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues. Administer Windows Server operating systems and virtualized environments using VMware. Provide support for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and password management. Oversee Citrix Technologies and desktop virtualization processes. Perform hardware troubleshooting, including printers, desktops, and network devices. Monitor and maintain server virtualization and network virtualization systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to circuit design and network configurations. Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns and resolving user issues. Implement and maintain IT systems in alignment with the needs of a manufacturing environment. Conduct regular system updates and ensure security compliance across all platforms. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or related IT roles. Proficiency in Windows Server OS, VMware, and Active Directory. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and virtualization technologies. Solid understanding of networking concepts, including basic troubleshooting and firewall management. Experience with Citrix Technologies, network printers, and hardware troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills to provide user support and collaborate with team members.
