We are seeking a Paralegal to join our growing and dynamic Immigration Law Department in our Minneapolis office, with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in immigration law, and a passion for helping clients through the immigration process. Responsibilities
Work closely with attorneys to prepare a variety of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions on behalf of employers and foreign nationals including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERMs, I-140, and I-485 petitions. Prepare family-based petitions and naturalization applications. Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and documentation. Organize and manage confidential client data, deadlines, and documents. Conduct legal research as needed to support case preparation. Monitor and track case progress to ensure timely filings and/or responses to USCIS. Assist attorneys and other team members with case management, including reporting needs and other case management duties as needed. Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of immigration-related case management database is a plus. 1+ years' experience in immigration law or similar preferred. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Benefits

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $22-$28/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
