$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Responsibilities

Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics platforms. Audience Journeys: Segment user behaviors based on audience types, geographies, and user journeys to support targeted website updates and personalization efforts. Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify optimization opportunities and recommend UX or content changes to improve engagement and conversion rates based on analytics insights including customer journeys and key metrics. Story Telling: Tell a data story and advise on informed decisions based on analytics insights. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports that highlight key metrics and trends related to user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels. Tracking: Define and implement tracking requirements for new site features and campaigns, working with developers to ensure accurate data collection. A/B testing: Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies; provide analysis of experimentation results and validate statistically significant outcomes. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications

Is seasoned in an agency environment. Experience working in a fast-paced environment providing various levels of detailed reporting based on client needs. Is highly proficient in web analytics. Proficiency with web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and CRO software. Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, web analyst or similar role. Can see the complete picture. Understanding of UX principles and best practices. Familiarity with content strategy and SEO principles and practices. Is a confident story-teller. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting to clients. Is a creative problem-solver.
