We are supporting one of our favorite clients as they search for a new IT Support specialist to join the organization.
Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: $40,000 to $55,000 annually
PTO: Exceptional vacation and sick time package

Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users across the organization
Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
Diagnose and resolve common IT issues including software errors, network connectivity problems, and hardware failures
Preferred Experience
Up to two years of experience providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, including Windows and iOS operating systems
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving common IT issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex IT challenges
