$149,760.00/yr - $216,320.00/yr Employment Type: Full-Time, Entry-Mid Level Department: Information Technology CGS is hiring a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a range of IT services, including software application support, enterprise infrastructure support, service desk, ITSM, deskside support, workstation engineering and maintenance, telecommunications and mobility engineering services, managed print services, Active Directory services, and video conferencing. The ideal candidate will be personable and articulate and will focus on making sure that the customer’s needs are met quickly and effectively. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers to understand requirements and mission needs, and then be able to translate them into actions. Support the full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications, primarily using Oracle APEX Perform advanced Oracle APEX 4.0+ development Use Oracle IDEs such as Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer Design and manipulate web content with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Create dynamic reports in Oracle APEX and support Oracle Database products v11+ Support Oracle database objects like tables, indexes, triggers, etc. Work with PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting Manage unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XMLType) in Oracle Integrate BI Publisher templates and web services Deliver enterprise workflow applications Build logic and algorithms to automate business processes Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent experience/certifications U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain/maintain a public trust security clearance Experience with secure network programming in Oracle environments Experience with Oracle APEX, IDEs, JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, Unix scripting Experience with unstructured data management in Oracle Ability to establish goals and meet project objectives Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills Experience with Agile development and customer interface Ideally, candidates will also have experience with Oracle Forms and Reports v10G+, troubleshooting, government contracting (especially DOJ), and current DOJ clearance.
