We’re adding an Architectural Project Manager or Architect with multifamily project experience to our team in St. Louis (Richmond Heights). A Day in the Life
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
Review project scope with construction project managers
Necessary Qualifications
At least 5‑7 years of experience required
Multifamily project experience preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Revit and AutoCAD experience required. 3D modeling/rendering preferred
Licensure not required. GMA supports pursuit of licensure
