We are looking for supportive

Server Assistants

to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls. Eligibility is met after 1 year of continuous service averaging 30 hours per week) Direct Deposit Responsibilities: Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant including table maintenance and other duties as assigned Qualifications: A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship The ability to legally work in the USA Earls is an equal opportunity employer.
