Manager, Land Acquisition
to provide forward‑looking, strategic real estate support for greenfield renewable energy projects. You’ll be part of the Site Acquisition Team, securing leases and easements for mid‑stage projects and collaborating with Project Development, Finance, Insurance, and Legal across the globe. Responsibilities
Select and manage contract Land Agents to secure leases, easements, and purchase options in target areas. Plan and execute outreach and acquisition campaigns across the U.S. Negotiate project‑critical agreements with key stakeholders and advisors. Work with the team to ensure a consistent, best‑practice approach on key issues, aligning real estate strategies and delivering high‑quality advice across projects. Evaluate real estate markets for potential greenfield campaigns. Review and align key project documents to present a consistent approach to land acquisition across all projects and markets. Manage and improve strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, providing regular feedback to internal stakeholders on progress, success, and issues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. High attention to detail. Thrives in an international environment and builds good relationships with stakeholders. Benefits
