Responsibilities
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
Qualifications
Skilled with Microsoft Office
Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired
Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens
Compensation $100,000 per year
