a robust client base through networking and lead generation
Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from

consultation to closing

CRM and marketing tools to manage leads and market properties effectively
Stay
up to date
with local market trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications High school diploma or GED
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development sessions
