Team Overview
The Fund Controller’s group provides oversight to the administrator of the funds, including the calculation of the funds’ NAVs and financial reporting for the Funds. The team consists of experienced professionals with strong investment management backgrounds, many with public accounting experience and investment fund experience.
Job Overview
SFM is seeking a high-caliber individual who is willing to learn and grow in a multi-disciplinary role. Responsibilities for this position include reviewing NAV schedules, preparing regulatory and board reports, and overseeing private investment services performed by the firm’s third-party administrator: private equity trade activity, pricing of fund investments, and instruction of wire payments. The successful candidate should proactively analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and assist with technology implementations to drive efficiency and automation.

We anticipate the base salary of this role to be between $90,000-$110,000. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus.
