Banyan Search is partnering with a rapidly growing company to find an Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Accounts Receivable team, streamline processes, and drive cash flow efficiency in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and cash applications Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance Monitor and manage credit exposure, AR aging, and collections, with a focus on improving working capital Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on AR performance, outstanding balances, and credit risk Train, mentor, and manage staff, setting clear performance goals and ensuring team development What We’re Looking For
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 7+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role Proficiency with accounting software, Accounts Receivable functions, and advanced MS Excel skills Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, and AR aging analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing processes, leading a dedicated team, and supporting the financial health of a growing organization. Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 per year
