Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and sellers. Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professionalism. Utilize CRM tools and company resources to manage client information, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Arizona real estate license New agents are welcome; prior experience as a licensed Realtor is a plus but not required In-depth understanding of the Chandler and greater Phoenix real estate markets preferred Demonstrated ability or eagerness to achieve successful property transactions and maintain client satisfaction Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous Excellent organizational skills and effective time management Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation Upholds high standards of professionalism and ethics consistent with The Murphy Group’s core values About our team
