We're seeking a Customer Support Representative with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, UT.
Ideal Candidate: Recent grad with a Bachelor’s in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related) preferred. Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts.
Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
