Base pay range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with members, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

Financial Expertise:

Leverage your in-depth knowledge of financial products to actively cross-sell and develop new business opportunities.

Technology-Driven:

Utilize our advanced digital banking platforms and tools to deliver a seamless and efficient member experience, streamlining processes and enhancing member satisfaction.

Community Engagement:

Engage with the local community through networking events, business partnerships, and outreach initiatives, becoming a trusted advisor and key resource.

Qualifications

Educational & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. However, candidates with two or more years of experience in personal banking or a related field, with a focus on achieving sales goals are welcome to apply.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively connect with members and colleagues.

Sales Expertise:

Proven skill in promoting and selling a diverse range of products and services.

Confidentiality:

Exceptional ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all transactions and interactions.

Digital Proficiency:

Proficient in utilizing digital banking tools and platforms to provide seamless service.
