Overview
Leasing Consultant — Discovery at Mountain View. This role is Non-Exempt (Hourly) and reports to the Community Manager. Hours: typical range based on community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours). Responsibilities
Responding to resident inquiries. Conducting tours and leasing apartment homes. Engaging in ongoing leasing training. Performing additional tasks as needed. Knowledge / Skills / Ability
Skilled in assessing and addressing community common area and amenity needs, with attention to detail and commitment to community standards. Effectively prioritizes tasks independently, manages time well, and achieves objectives and projects. Adapts quickly to resolve unexpected challenges and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications. Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with on-site staff, residents, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors. Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Skilled in interpreting legal documents, managing rent collections, and overseeing lease compliance. Intermediate math skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping (percentages, decimals, fractions). Knowledge of property operations with emphasis on lease terms, contract enforcement, and collections. General Summary Of Associate Responsibility
Provides comprehensive support across all facets of community operations under the guidance of the Community Manager. Education And Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior sales experience encouraged. Benefits
