Responsibilities
Deliver ARM tutoring sessions online via Varsity Tutors platform (1-on-1 online tutoring). Adapt instruction to individual student needs and learning styles; personalize lessons and explain concepts clearly. Use the platform’s resources, including AI-powered Tutor Copilot, to enhance sessions and save prep time. Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage your own schedule; tutor as much as you’d like. Match with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise. Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in ARM with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Compensation & Scheduling
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects; pay can reach up to $40/hour with same-student progression. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like; remote work with no commuting. About Varsity Tutors
